Now and Never offers the viewers a look into the world of childhood through theatre. The basic joys of human existence are discovered through simple games, through childish entertainment: accumulate objects, throw objects away, move things from one spot to another, to be and to hide. The world of theatre, which is populated by artists from three different disciplines (dance, music and plastic art), is transformed into an intriguing playground, in which the audience is invited to go back to its childhood: find some momentary amusement, replace it with another, reclaim the vitality hidden in childhood, which we may have lost along the way.
Nava Frankel – Awarded the Most Promising Artist award in the 2009 Akko Festival

“One of the most fascinating voices in the local avant-garde scene… Nava Frankel has a rare ability to create theatrical worlds which have a flavor, aroma and tempo, which cannot be mistaken… Its something almost metaphysical, which cannot be easily translated into specific theatrical components, and it speaks more that anything else to Frankel being a rare and special artist in the Israeli theatre landscape”, Marat Parkhomovsky, Time Out
